Frequently asked

What's the highest-rated courier delivery in Kandy?
Velox Express is currently the highest-rated courier delivery in Kandy on Review Guru, with an average of 5.0 out of 5 stars from 5 reviews.
Which courier delivery in Kandy has the most reviews?
Velox Express is the most-reviewed courier delivery in Kandy with 5 customer reviews. A higher review count typically means a more reliable signal — a 4.5★ rating from 50 reviewers is stronger than a 5★ rating from 3.
How many courier delivery are listed in Kandy?
Review Guru has 11 courier delivery listed in Kandy, aggregating 51 customer reviews across them. We only include a business on a "best of" page once it has at least 3 reviews so the ranking is meaningful.
How are these courier delivery ranked?
We use a Bayesian-weighted average score that combines the business's own star rating with the volume of reviews it has received. This prevents a single 5-star review from outranking 30 consistent 4-star reviews. Read more on our methodology page.
Are the reviews verified?
Reviews on Review Guru come from two sources: native submissions written directly on our platform, and imported reviews from Google Maps that we rewrite for clarity while preserving the original rating, sentiment, and named entities. Source is tagged on each review for transparency.
Should I drop a parcel at a Kandy courier branch or book a pickup?
Dropping a parcel at a branch lets you see it weighed, pay the counter rate and get a tracking number on the spot. A pickup saves the trip, but whether a rider can collect from your address, and the cut-off time for same-day collection, varies by company and area. Call the branch before you send to confirm its pickup area, cut-off time and rates. Phone numbers are on each listing below. For courier services in Colombo, see /best/courier-delivery-in-colombo.
