I had an excellent experience with Fed Courier. Their Cash on Delivery (COD) option is dependable and super convenient. My package arrived safely and on schedule, and the entire delivery process was seamless. The courier was professional, friendly, and took great care with everything. I strongly recommend Fed Courier for anyone in need of a fast, secure, and trustworthy delivery service.

It's clear why this organization has a poor reputation. I received two notifications on different days saying my parcel had been dispatched. When I reached out to the delivery personnel listed in the text, I encountered a rude and unprofessional response. I was told to take my concerns to upper management, which I doubt actually exists. If you're going to inform me that my parcel is on its way, please make sure it actually gets delivered instead of putting customers through such unprofessional experiences. I will wait for my order, and when it finally arrives, I won’t be making any payment.

The customer service here is extremely poor. One of the sellers gave my paid item, including the item price and delivery charge, to this delivery company. It's been two weeks and my parcel still hasn't arrived at my address. I've called them over 25 times with no response. Eventually, they reached out and asked me to go to their office to collect the parcel myself. What kind of delivery service operates like this? The riders also lack respect for customers. I would never recommend this delivery service to anyone.

This review is focused solely on the Kandy branch, where I've had numerous disappointing experiences. For starters, they never answer their phone, no matter how many times you call. Additionally, there have been several misleading reschedules. They seem indifferent to the delivery times we expect, choosing instead to deliver whenever it suits them. This likely stems from poor management at this location and the overall attitude of the staff.

I was extremely let down by the service. Fadar Courier Services is undoubtedly the worst delivery option in Sri Lanka, particularly their Kandy branch. Packages are consistently late, there's a complete lack of accountability, and customers are left in the dark regarding any delays. This company demonstrates no reliability, professionalism, or respect for either customers or their belongings. If you care about your time or your packages, steer clear of Fadar. A courier service that fails to deliver, communicate, or manage packages effectively shouldn't be in business. They wasted my entire day. Do not use this awful service.
