Claiming your business is free and stays free. We may offer paid featured-placement slots in the future, but the core listing and reply functionality will always be free.
Can I delete reviews I don't like?+
No. Owners cannot delete or edit customer reviews — that's fundamental to the integrity of a reviews platform. You can reply publicly to any review, and flag ones you believe violate our Content Policy. Our moderators review every flag.
My business isn't on Review Guru. What do I do?+
Use the “Add your business” flow — it takes 2 minutes. We'll list your business and auto-link it to your account, skipping the claim step entirely.
How fast is verification?+
If your email matches the domain of the website we have on file for your business, verification is instant. Document-upload claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Will my listing get buried if I don't pay?+
No. Rankings are based on review quality and reviewer consensus, not payment. Any paid placements will be clearly labelled “Sponsored” and will not affect organic rankings.
What data can I update?+
Business name, address, phone, website, hours, description, photos, and categories. Changes go live immediately for claimed businesses.
