    Frustrating delivery experience

    My package was listed as “Out for Delivery” but then changed to “Customer Phone No Answer – Rescheduled.” This is completely untrue. I never received a call from the delivery person at all. I even reached out to the branch the following morning, and the staff assured me that my package would arrive that day. Yet again, no one reached out to me, and the package never arrived. Providing misleading delivery updates and failing to contact the customer is simply unacceptable. The communication was very poor, and the handling was irresponsible. I’m extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this service.

    Extremely Poor Delivery Service

    I cannot recommend this place. If you need timely delivery, don’t even consider them. They promise it will go out as soon as possible, but even the courier takes an entire day to arrive (the next day) if the package was dropped off in Kandy the previous morning. They also don’t answer the phone. Just avoid this place!

    Unreliable courier service

    This is the worst courier service I've encountered. They reschedule deliveries without any notice. People rely on courier services for urgent parcels, but they seem indifferent to that need. Additionally, their hotline operates from 8:30 to 5:30, but I couldn't reach anyone even after 9:30 am. What's the purpose of having a hotline if no one answers?

    Terrible Courier Service Experience

    The courier service I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and misleading. Since the order was handed over about a week ago, I haven't received a single call from them. The tracking system inaccurately states that the package is 'out for delivery', that 'the customer rescheduled the delivery', and that 'they attempted delivery three times', which is entirely false. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and dishonest. Additionally, the Kandy branch doesn't answer calls either. I repeatedly called for several minutes to clarify the correct location, but they still went to the wrong place and then scolded me for their mistakes. I absolutely do NOT recommend this courier service.
