Giving one star feels too generous. This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. It's not just a one-time issue; they consistently fail to deliver on time. They really need to understand that customers rely on courier services for quick deliveries, not when it’s convenient for them.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against using this courier service. I sent a small parcel from Kadawatha to Kandy on May 6, 2026, and was promised it would arrive the next day, May 7, 2026. The Prompt Express Centre is located on Peradeniya Road, just a 10-minute ride from my home in Asgiriya, Kandy. However, I didn’t receive my parcel even by May 8, 2026. There was no one available to speak with and no one taking responsibility for the situation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I'm really let down by the service from Prompt Xpress (Pvt) Ltd. They promised that my direct courier would arrive within 24 hours, but it's now been 3 days and I'm still waiting. This kind of delay is totally unacceptable, especially for a company that markets itself on timely deliveries. To make matters worse, there's been no communication or updates—I've received no information about the delay or when I can expect my delivery to finally arrive. Such a lack of reliability and accountability reflects poorly on the company's service standards. I strongly encourage them to enhance their delivery commitments and improve communication with customers, as this experience has been very frustrating.

I've had the absolute worst experience with this courier service. The manager seems to lack the necessary leadership skills to effectively manage his delivery team and fails at internal communication. I was assured that an extra worker would help carry my package from the gate to my home, which is only about 10 meters away, but that promise was not kept. When I brought this up, the manager was blunt and unprofessional in addressing my complaint. I cannot recommend this courier service to anyone looking for professional and efficient customer support.

Typically, other companies take about three days for delivery. However, this service got my parcel to Colombo in only a day, which was genuinely impressive. At first, I was a bit concerned about whether the fruit would stay fresh and arrive in good condition, but everything turned out perfectly. Excellent service and very fair prices! 🩵 Highly recommend!
