I’ve relied on Domex for several years, and it remains the best courier service I’ve encountered. Unfortunately, my latest experience at the Kandy location was disappointing. The female staff member who helped me acted as if assisting customers was a bother, which made the visit quite unpleasant. I really hope the customer service at this branch gets better.

The service here is absolutely terrible! They take way too long to deliver packages within the country, even though it’s only a one or two hour drive. 💔 None of the phone numbers work, except for the customer service line. Every number given by the customer service agent is either busy or out of service. They claim that your package will be delivered overnight, but that’s simply not true. They also provide a delivery timeframe that they completely fail to meet. Be cautious if you decide to use this service. 😔‼️‼️‼️

I am extremely disappointed with Domex Courier Service after having two terrible experiences. The first was when I sent printed wedding invitations from Kandy to Negombo, which took 5 days for delivery. I thought it was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, it happened again. A parcel I dropped off at the Bandaragama branch on the morning of July 31 still hasn't arrived as of August 3. Such delays are unacceptable for a courier service. To make matters worse, the customer service is frustrating. When I call, they answer only to disconnect, and there’s no proper explanation or updates about my shipment. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive clear communication, but that’s clearly missing here. I have completely lost faith in Domex Courier Service. If you care about your time, your packages, and decent customer service, I strongly recommend reconsidering your choice of using Domex. I truly hope they can improve their delivery standards and customer support, as their current service is very disappointing.
