I recently had a parcel shipped through GTV Express Courier & Cargo in Kandy, Barcelona, Spain, and I was really impressed with their service. The delivery was quick, the tracking was straightforward, and the parcel arrived in excellent condition. I would certainly recommend GTV Express for dependable and efficient service!

The service was absolutely terrible! I sent a parcel via SL to London on 07/09/26. Initially, I was informed it would take 3-7 days before payment, but then it was changed to 7-10 days after payment. Now, over 12 days later, my parcel still hasn't arrived in the UK. The food items inside are completely spoiled. They don’t answer calls and keep making excuses. I had a very disappointing experience with GTV Express Kandy. I wouldn't recommend using them!

⭐ Very disappointing experience – Poor communication and customer service. I sent a cargo box to the UK on September 16. Before I handed over the parcel, the company called me multiple times to ask when I would deliver the package, clearly showing their eagerness for my business. However, after I submitted the parcel and made the payment, the communication took a turn. I didn't receive adequate updates and found myself having to reach out to them repeatedly to find out what was happening with my shipment. I was informed that the cargo would arrive in the UK within a maximum of 10–15 days. Now, it has been approximately 18–20 days, and my parcel is still not delivered. The package had reached the UK mail office several days ago, but every time I contacted the cargo service, I received vague responses and was simply told to wait. When my sister in the UK reached out to the delivery team, she learned that the address provided from Sri Lanka was incorrect, preventing delivery until it was rectified. The most frustrating part is that the cargo company in Sri Lanka never notified me about this problem. I had to discover it myself through my sister's contact with the UK delivery team. Currently, the tracking indicates that the parcel should be delivered today, so once again, I'm left waiting and hoping it actually arrives. My main concern is not just the delay but also the lack of communication and proper customer service after I had made the payment. If there was an address issue or any other problem with the shipment, I should have been informed right away, rather than having to chase for updates. I really hope the company improves its communication and customer service, as customers deserve to know the status of their parcels and what is happening, especially when given a specific delivery timeframe.
