    Terrible Courier Service Experience

    This is by far the worst courier service I've ever dealt with. 🤮🤮 I strongly advise against trusting these people with your valuable items. They charge the full delivery fee but then send your packages off to SL POST with just a 50 rupee stamp. The owner doesn't know how to speak respectfully to women and uses a lot of foul language when dealing with customers. He comes off as very rude. Overall, this is the worst courier service in Kandy, without a doubt.

    Terrible delivery experience

    I sent a parcel from Kandy on May 20, 2024, to be picked up in Battaramulla by a friend who was leaving for overseas on the 22nd. I was promised that the parcel would be available on the 21st. However, it wasn't handed over on that day, and when I tried to follow up, the person in charge didn't respond. Ultimately, the parcel arrived on the 22nd, but my friend had already departed by then. This is very poor service, and I recommend avoiding this place.

    Terrible experience with courier service

    This courier service is extremely unreliable. I sent a parcel from Kandy to Matara using registered mail, believing it would be properly handled. However, I was charged a full courier fee without any reduction. I mentioned that delays were acceptable due to vehicle fuel shortages, but they still opted to send my package through regular mail without notifying either me or the sender. Both packages arrived completely damaged. The post office instructed me to come pick them up, stating that they don’t actually provide courier service even after charging for it. The person in charge didn't answer any of my calls. I would never recommend this courier service; it's the worst I have ever encountered.

    Terrible Delivery Experience

    We attempted to send a parcel, but the delivery took far too long. Whenever we called, the representative consistently said it would be delivered today and promised to call back, but that never happened. This was a very disappointing experience with them. I cannot recommend their service to anyone. It's much better to use the local post office's speed post instead.

    Great service for shipping artwork

    Located on the 3rd floor of the Singer building, this courier service is reliable. The service is excellent; I entrusted them with a framed artwork, and they packed it very securely. I felt confident sending it. I definitely recommend this place for your shipping needs, as the staff is very customer-friendly.
