Today, we purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. They informed us there was a one-year warranty, but after we paid for the phone, they inquired if we had a 45W charger. They claimed that if we didn’t buy it, the warranty would be void, stating that using a charger with lower wattage than 45W would invalidate the warranty. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

I was billed for a legitimate Apple battery replacement, but they deceitfully installed a non-branded OEM battery in my phone. I thought that with the $30,000 battery replacement I consented to, they would operate with honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
