I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I visited to get one of my phones repaired, and while I was there, the staff were engaged in conversations with others, completely ignoring my presence. They examined my phone and told me the display was broken, but when I asked to inspect the display myself, it felt like they weren't attentive to my needs.
