This is a truly delightful homestay that’s just a quick stroll from Hikkaduwa town. It’s right by the beach, allowing you to step out the back door and enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. Plus, the dinners and breakfasts were absolutely delicious! 😋

I initially planned to stay for just two nights, but I ended up extending my visit by another night. The place is managed by a wonderful family who were incredibly kind and served us tea every day. They also helped organize tours and meals for us. On checkout day, they advised us to take the local bus to save on tuk-tuk costs, which was appreciated. The beach is conveniently located just behind the property. The rooms were tidy and peaceful. I definitely recommend this spot if you're in Hikkaduwa.

If you’re on a budget and can tolerate a moldy odor in the room, this place isn’t too bad. The air circulation is limited to just a fan, making it tough to breathe. The location is right by the beach, but be mindful that the restaurant next door has a dog on a chain that cries throughout the night.
