We encountered a lack of professionalism when our non-refundable booking was canceled at the last minute without any notice. When we addressed the issue, the staff member was quite rude. Our group of 11, including 2 kids, had to deal with the stress of finding alternative accommodations for the entire night.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we discovered that our non-refundable reservation for 5 rooms had been canceled. It was incredibly unprofessional, and the staff simply told us to do whatever we wanted, as they wouldn’t provide us with rooms at all.

This restaurant is truly top-notch. The prices are reasonable, the dishes are beautifully presented, and everything is delicious. Raja provided excellent service and was great to talk to. I'm already looking forward to my next meal here. The setting is quite charming, and I find the nearby train passing by to be quite fascinating.

The room is spacious and comes with all the essential amenities. It's clean and well-presented. The staff are friendly and very helpful. However, one side of the room has a glass wall covered with curtains, which means you can't keep them open to the corridor. The bathroom is also larger and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel last year. They were kind enough to let us drop off our luggage before check-in since we arrived early. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful, assisting us when we had trouble printing our plane tickets.
