This is a wonderful spot with extremely friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers. I lost my wallet here, and they took the time to call me back and let me know. I really appreciate that! :)

On February 22, 2026, I experienced a lack of response when trying to call the Peradeniya branch. Additionally, the doctors are consistently late, with Dr. Niroshan Jayaratne arriving at least 1.5 to 2 hours behind schedule. 👎

My visit to Durdans Medical Center was quite disappointing. The doctor was late without any notice given to the patients. Additionally, the staff lacked attentiveness, which only added to my frustration. Parking is very limited, accommodating just one vehicle, which created more inconvenience. Overall, there's a significant need for improvement in both communication and customer care.
