Poor Service and Delays
On February 22, 2026, I experienced a lack of response when trying to call the Peradeniya branch. Additionally, the doctors are consistently late, with Dr. Niroshan Jayaratne arriving at least 1.5 to 2 hours behind schedule. 👎

Frustrating Experience at Durdans Medical Center
My visit to Durdans Medical Center was quite disappointing. The doctor was late without any notice given to the patients. Additionally, the staff lacked attentiveness, which only added to my frustration. Parking is very limited, accommodating just one vehicle, which created more inconvenience. Overall, there's a significant need for improvement in both communication and customer care.
