Avoid for dental x-rays

I wouldn't recommend this place for dental x-rays. They provided a small copy that wasn't clear at all. I ended up having to visit another hospital to get a proper one. It completely wasted my time and money.

Disappointing Experience at Kandy Durdans

I experienced really poor service at Kandy Durdans. 1. Appointment booking: I made my appointment over the phone, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. Fortunately, there were no restrictions that day, so I was still able to get a consultation. 2. Entrance: The security staff lacked discipline, acting more like thugs than professionals. 3. Nurse: While the nurse was polite, she didn’t ask for my medical history, including medications I had taken from another doctor for the same issue, which seemed important for my treatment. 4. Environment: On a positive note, the facility itself was clean and well organized, resembling a small consultation center.

Fast and Reliable Lab Service

I needed to get some tests done quickly, so I reached out to this lab along with a few others. Durdans stood out by promising results in 2 hours, while the others indicated it would take about 3 hours. To my surprise, they provided the reports in under an hour, which was fantastic and saved me a great deal of time. I'm very thankful and would highly recommend this lab for any testing requirements.

Unacceptable Wait Times and Service

The scheduling practices here are terrible. I waited nearly three hours for my appointment, and the staff didn’t provide any reassurance or positive interaction. It felt like an eternity, making this my longest wait to see any doctor. It’s completely irresponsible; I’m not sure if it was a scheduling issue on their part or if the doctor simply didn’t arrive on time. The doctor was over two and a half hours late. They should at least keep patients updated about such delays. The facility itself is okay, with decent air conditioning, although it does feel a bit stuffy.
