Unreliable Service

Dr Dev’s appointments aren’t available usually on web and we need to get appointments via phone call to his secretary. We’ve been consulting the doctor since a bypass surgery for 3/4 years. The secretary is usually not reachable to place appointments and we have to call on regular basis to confirm an appointment. The patient travelled from Hatton for an appointment he (the secretary) confirmed via text message. Once the patient reached the hospital at the appointment time they have mentioned the appointment isn’t available and the doctor cancelled all before a while. When called to check the secretary was so rude and he cut the call while talking and mentioned the appointment was never made and confirmed. Good that I texted, so I have the messages. If it was a call they'd have denied completely.

Terrible customer service experience

The customer service here is the worst. Even in a dire situation, they told me to go to the car park and return. I arrived with intense abdominal pain and was alone in my car. I was unable to exit the vehicle, so I reached out to the security for help.

Frustrating experience with medical check-ups

We went in for various medical check-ups. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete all the necessary tests like ECO and Exercise ECG due to poor management and a time-wasting process. We left without meeting our needs, and there was also no place to put the soap.
