This is by far the worst hospital I've ever been to. The reason for that is a matron who seems to prioritize personal gain through deals with wealthy individuals, showing little regard for the patients' needs.

This is a solid private hospital that provides a variety of medical services. I've included images showing the available services. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance. There's plenty of free parking available.

My experience was quite disappointing. The nursing staff seemed untrained and didn't have the fundamental skills required to care for patients with professionalism. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and effective communication. I anticipated higher standards from a private healthcare facility. This has made me seriously question the clinic's capability to deliver quality patient care.

Over the course of our six-day stay, we encountered consistently stained bed linen and hair from other guests, which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the food was genuinely good. However, the room's cleanliness really detracted from our experience.

It took quite a while to get the antigen test completed due to missing staff. The state of the sample point really detracts from the hospital's overall image. However, I'm pleased to see that they have made significant improvements and the services have become much better.

My experience with the hospital hotline was incredibly unprofessional while I tried to reschedule my doctor’s appointment, which had been cancelled by the hospital. The staff provided inconsistent information; for example, they initially said they couldn’t give me an appointment number for rescheduling, but when I called back on the day of the appointment, they said they usually do provide appointment numbers. There were multiple contradictory and unreasonable statements from them, and they never once apologized for their behavior. The worst part was the rudeness of the hotline staff who answered my call—they were very disrespectful and seemed to lack any grasp of basic customer service. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hospital.

I experienced the worst service at this private hospital while trying to collect a refund for a friend. They specified that refunds could only be collected between 9 and 4, which meant the person who made the appointment had to take time off work to go. The receptionists were not helpful at all, making the process even more frustrating. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hospital unless you live nearby, as you’ll have to chase after them for every service.

I took my 3-year-old to the hospital yesterday (11.11.25) for an FBC and PCR test for influenza, as recommended by our doctor. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing. The lab staff seemed untrained and inexperienced when it came to working with young children. They didn't even have a butterfly needle, which is necessary for pediatric blood draws. Consequently, they had to poke both of my child’s hands multiple times in their attempts to find a vein. It was painful and distressing, and this situation could have been avoided with the right tools and training. This kind of care is unacceptable from a medical facility that claims to offer quality service. I cannot recommend Winlanka Hospital, particularly for pediatric testing, due to their lack of professionalism and insufficient laboratory facilities.
