    Exceptional Care at Winlanka Hospital

    I was recently admitted to Winlanka Hospital due to severe diarrhea and fever from food poisoning. My condition was quite critical upon arrival, but I truly appreciate the care and support I received during my stay. Winlanka Hospital offers a remarkable healthcare experience from the moment you step in. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness and attentiveness created a comforting atmosphere during a challenging time for me. The hospital's services were managed efficiently, from the registration process and consultations to lab services and treatment. I want to especially recognize the nursing staff, who were incredibly helpful, patient, and caring. Even when my situation was dire, they attended to me with patience and ensured I was as comfortable as possible. I was also happy with the meals provided during my stay. The food was prepared in line with my medical needs and dietary restrictions, yet it remained tasty and enjoyable. Overall, I sincerely thank the doctors, nurses, and support staff at Winlanka Hospital for their professional, compassionate, and supportive care.     Outstanding Care at Winlanka Hospital

    I recently spent five days in Room 203 and was discharged today after finishing my treatment. This marks my second visit to Winlanka Hospital, as I had previously completed an antibiotic course here as well. I have to say, the hospitality was remarkable! The food was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made my recovery quite pleasant. A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, board members, and the amazing nursing staff who provided such attentive care during my stay. Your commitment truly means a lot! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking exceptional care and professional service. Thank you very much.

    Unethical practices at this hospital

    This is by far the worst hospital I've ever been to. The reason for that is a matron who seems to prioritize personal gain through deals with wealthy individuals, showing little regard for the patients' needs.

    Disappointing healthcare experience

    My experience was quite disappointing. The nursing staff seemed untrained and didn't have the fundamental skills required to care for patients with professionalism. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and effective communication. I anticipated higher standards from a private healthcare facility. This has made me seriously question the clinic's capability to deliver quality patient care.

    Mixed experience with cleanliness

    Over the course of our six-day stay, we encountered consistently stained bed linen and hair from other guests, which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the food was genuinely good. However, the room's cleanliness really detracted from our experience.

    Service improvements noted

    It took quite a while to get the antigen test completed due to missing staff. The state of the sample point really detracts from the hospital's overall image. However, I'm pleased to see that they have made significant improvements and the services have become much better.

    Extremely unprofessional hotline experience

    My experience with the hospital hotline was incredibly unprofessional while I tried to reschedule my doctor’s appointment, which had been cancelled by the hospital. The staff provided inconsistent information; for example, they initially said they couldn’t give me an appointment number for rescheduling, but when I called back on the day of the appointment, they said they usually do provide appointment numbers. There were multiple contradictory and unreasonable statements from them, and they never once apologized for their behavior. The worst part was the rudeness of the hotline staff who answered my call—they were very disrespectful and seemed to lack any grasp of basic customer service. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hospital.

    Terrible service at the hospital

    I experienced the worst service at this private hospital while trying to collect a refund for a friend. They specified that refunds could only be collected between 9 and 4, which meant the person who made the appointment had to take time off work to go. The receptionists were not helpful at all, making the process even more frustrating. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hospital unless you live nearby, as you’ll have to chase after them for every service.
