I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Bimsara Senanayake while I was in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, I felt that the focus was more on money than on genuine patient care and compassion. I don’t have the time or space to describe everything that happened, but based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor to others. Patients deserve to feel respected, cared for, and treated with honesty and professionalism.

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Bimsara Senanayake. I felt that the treatment and advice I received were not appropriate for my situation. The way I was spoken to was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. I also felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or taken seriously. The fees were also much higher than I expected, and I did not feel that the service I received justified the amount I was charged. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, poorly treated, and dissatisfied with the care I received. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor.

Went to this guy because I had 2 BPPV attacks 1 month apart and then a different type of vertigo with a occipital headache lasting for almost 5 days and I was told to go see a neurologist. He spent 1 minute on me, didn't listen to me at all and just told me I have no issues and to go back home and listen to some music and relax. I told him against him trying to shush me up that I could run long distance back then and since a while now I can't even walk and how I have pins n needles all over my feet, legs, even my mid back and how I had pain along the length of one whole arm from shoulder to finger tips. He told me to stop running and stop walking. Such an unpleasant encounter. I am surprised why anybody goes to him. My appointment was at 11pm I waited with dizziness to be taken in much later for NOTHING. Horrible horrible horrible doctor.
