Engagement at Clio Bolgoda
We celebrated our engagement at Clio Bolgoda yesterday. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was terrible, with staff being unavailable to assist us. We found ourselves having to look for help on our own. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly.

Good Experience Despite Time Constraints
I visited for a day out package and had a decent time. Although the hours were set from 9am to 4pm, I arrived around noon and requested an extension until 6pm. They were accommodating about it, which I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience, despite the initial time limitations.

Service Issues Despite Good Meal
We had a poor experience with the service. Despite having made a reservation for two families, the staff seemed unaware of it. We had to find our own way to the table and ended up setting up the tables and chairs ourselves. Once we were seated, it felt like we were overlooked while they began serving others.

Great venue for events
We recently hosted an event at Clio Bolgoda and it was a fantastic experience. The location is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
