Relaxing Experience at Kashi Wellness Center

I visited the Kashi wellness center today and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. A special thanks goes to Tharushi, whose professionalism and care made the session truly enjoyable. I opted for an Ayurvedic treatment that included a full body massage, herbal compress therapy, Shirodhara, and a face oil massage. The entire experience was incredibly calming and rejuvenating. The atmosphere at the center was tranquil and very well-kept, allowing me to unwind as soon as I arrived. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with Tharushi being particularly attentive throughout the treatment. She frequently checked in on how I was feeling and clearly explained each step, which added to my comfort and reassurance. After the treatment, I had the chance to take a shower, and I left feeling revitalized and refreshed. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend it.

Relaxing massage experience

The location is convenient and offers parking. Inside, it's quiet and serene. We noticed a number of foreign therapists, and it seems there’s no price difference between choosing a local or foreign therapist. We chose a 90-minute head, neck, and shoulder massage along with a foot massage. The therapists were friendly and skilled. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—very relaxing and soothing.

Exceptional Massage Experience

Decent Massage but Lacking Communication

I booked a couple's Ayurvedic full body massage, but it felt like it lasted less than 60 minutes. Our therapists were Maleesha and Udari, and they did a decent job overall. Maleesha seemed to be more attentive, checking in with my partner about focus points before starting, while Udari was quieter and didn’t engage much. I shared my focal points with her, but she didn’t ask for any clarification. Additionally, when I asked about the massage oils at the beginning, the communication wasn't very clear. Another downside was the lack of soothing background noise during the session; it would have been nice to have some white noise. After the massage, it would have been helpful to have someone guide us out. On the plus side, the reception staff was quite helpful. Overall, it was just an average experience for me.

Mixed experience with massage and facial

I visited for the shirodhara, neck, shoulder, and head massage along with a basic facial. The massage was fantastic! The therapist was skilled and had great techniques. However, I wouldn't recommend the facial. I understand their primary focus is on wellness rather than beauty treatments, but it didn't feel worth the cost. First, the treatment seemed rushed. Second, I had to ask the therapist to recheck my entire face for blackheads since she only addressed my nose, chin, and forehead, ignoring other areas that needed attention. I ended up having to remove my blackheads at home. If it weren't for the facial experience, I would have given a 5-star rating. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Outstanding massage experience
