    Excellent florist for weddings

    Oak n Lily was our florist for both the church and reception at our wedding, and they did a fantastic job. The decorations turned out beautifully, just as we envisioned. Chathuranga, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and was always available for quick calls. He took the time to grasp our vision, welcomed our feedback, and managed everything with professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the big day. I highly recommend Oak n Lily to anyone in search of a dependable and creative florist.

    Unresponsive and Unprofessional Service

    I had a very disappointing experience with this wedding decor company. I first reached out via WhatsApp to inquire about pricing and packages for my wedding scheduled on December 21, 2026, at Water’s Edge Colombo. My message was seen, but I received no response. I followed up asking for an update, but again, my message was seen and ignored. I even tried contacting their Instagram account, but the same thing occurred: my messages were seen yet completely disregarded. At that point, it felt very unprofessional. Eventually, I found another phone number and called. When I explained my situation, the reply I received was simply, “it’s ok, tell me your requirement.” I was honestly shocked by that response. Ignoring potential clients is not “ok,” and there wasn’t even a basic apology offered. Good customer service is built on communication and respect. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a complete absence of both.

    We booked Oak n Lilly Decorations for our wedding on August 27th at Sawingir Hills, and the service exceeded our expectations. Mr. Chathuranga was attentive, professional, and supportive from the moment we made our reservation until the wedding day itself. When we entered the banquet hall on our big day, we were absolutely thrilled—the decorations were elegant, creative, and matched every request we had made perfectly. He was always enthusiastic about suggesting new design ideas while accommodating all our wishes. The timely delivery and impeccable setup made for a completely stress-free experience. We also want to extend our gratitude for the decorations at my surprise proposal at Wave Bolgoda, which far surpassed our expectations—elegant, charming, and truly memorable. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Chathuranga and the Oak n Lilly team for making both our proposal and wedding decorations absolutely perfect. We highly recommend them!
