I strongly endorse Flower Book for their commitment to fulfilling customer requests. They genuinely strive to provide specific flowers when possible. The owner is incredibly approachable and friendly. Almost every time, I’ve been delighted with the arrangements they’ve created, not just for me but also for my family and friends.

The bouquets at this shop come with a higher price tag than many competitors, so customers expect top-notch quality. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience. The Valentine’s bouquet I received was not fresh, with several wilting roses and many stems cut too short. The baby’s breath was particularly problematic, as it couldn't be arranged properly in a vase. This is the second time I've gotten flowers from them that weren't fresh. It’s evident there’s a lack of quality control and attention to detail. It also seemed like they included less fresh flowers to enhance the bouquet's appearance from the outside. Given the steep prices, this quality is simply unacceptable. 👎👎

They offer a wide selection of fresh flowers and even provide the option to create customized bouquets based on your preferences. With bouquets available at various price points, it's easy to find something that suits your budget. For those who prefer a ready-made option, there are several pre-prepared bouquets to choose from. I was able to create a stunning fresh flower bouquet, and it came in beautiful packaging, making it ideal for gifting. The customer service was prompt and very good, with the staff being helpful throughout the entire process. All in all, my experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend Flower Book to anyone in search of a fresh flower bouquet. Just keep in mind that parking is limited, but there’s usually roadside space available.

The service was terrible. The man at the flower shop sold me old roses that had brown petals. When I inquired about it, he insisted there were no alternatives available, removed one of the damaged petals, and still charged me 2000. This is the bouquet I received for that price, despite its poor quality.
