Disappointing Wedding Decoration Experience
We engaged Kandian Flora Decos for my sister’s wedding with their 1M package, and sadly, we were not pleased with the service. About half of the decorations were acceptable, but the Poruwa and seating backdrops were poorly executed. The bottom bouquets on the Poruwa featured very dirty flowers. Our theme was supposed to be green and white, yet blue flowers were incorporated into the decorations, which clashed with what we agreed upon. Additionally, the backdrop for the Poruwa settee had noticeable dirty spots that were left unaddressed during the decoration setup in the wedding hall. The main table decorations were also not executed properly. When I brought these issues to light, the manager or supervisor dismissed them, and the other staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
