Disappointing Service at Kohuwala
I had a terrible experience with customer service at the Kohuwala branch this morning. The woman who served me was rude and unprofessional, lacking the basic skills to communicate properly with customers. This level of treatment is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.
