The doctor used to be genuinely caring and attentive to patients' concerns, but now the entire practice feels overly commercialized. It seems she is more focused on getting patients to return rather than really addressing our issues. I keep getting the same cream prescribed repeatedly. Additionally, the staff is quite rude. Someone needs to remind them that we aren't just there to get free medicine.

I scheduled my appointment just a day prior, yet the hospital couldn't provide me with a clear timeline for my treatments. The clinic seriously needs to improve its patient management. They seem to mix all kinds of patients together and handle each case in various, confusing ways. I ended up spending over two hours just to see the doctor. Clinic management, please consider organizing treatments on one day, procedures on another, and setting aside a separate day for triage between the two.

This is truly a great spot. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. After using the medicine from here, my longstanding illness improved significantly. That's why I highly recommend this place as the best option.

I visited a month ago for a laser treatment. The doctor was nice, but her staff left much to be desired. During my first appointment, they provided some creams and instructed me to return in two weeks. At my second visit, they began the laser treatment and charged me Rs12,000 for a full-face session. An inexperienced girl performed the treatment in just 30 minutes and refused to do my nose area. Overall, it felt pointless and was a complete waste of money. If you're looking to throw away your cash, this is the place to go.

I had my first consultation yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. I entered through a charming little city garden shaded by trees. The reception area was incredibly inviting—neat, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space and good airflow. The walk up to the consultation room was pleasant, almost like strolling through an open art museum. The Consultant Dermatologist and the nurses were all highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Based on my experiences with medical consultations in Sri Lanka, the US, the UK, and Europe, this place ranks among the very best, definitely in the top 5th percentile.

This skin center is really disappointing. I have numerous complaints about my experience. I traveled a long distance and visited twice, but once I had to turn back without receiving treatment due to their failure to provide the correct timing. They won’t even acknowledge their error; it’s clear they don’t care. A simple apology would suffice, yet they act like nothing happened. While it may be nothing to them, for us, it represents a significant waste of time and money. Additionally, the treatments I received showed no results at all—just nothing once they were done. They also failed to provide a clear timeframe for when I might see results. I'm genuinely confused by the positive reviews here. Furthermore, the prescriptions they provided were not satisfactory. They don’t stick to the quoted prices either; I was charged more than what was promised after the session. They just waste our time, money, and effort. Please be cautious! You might end up in the same predicament. I cannot recommend this place at all.

We had a frustrating experience during our wart removal treatment last week. In the evening session, the doctor consulted with us and we asked her for a cream to lighten dark spots on our face. She provided a prescription, which we filled at her pharmacy. However, when we returned for the wart removal treatment at the scheduled time, she asked us to pay another consultation fee. When we inquired about this, she mentioned that the fee was for the previous visit where she prescribed the cream. I find it hard to accept that one treatment requires a separate consultation fee. I can afford it, but I feel it’s unfair, especially for others in Sri Lanka who might struggle. This practice seems exploitative, and I hope it changes soon.

I had a really negative experience. The doctor seemed rushed, possibly due to a heavy workload. I went in for a second wart removal, and they no longer apply the numbing cream for you. Now we have to purchase it and do it ourselves. Overall, it was poor service.

My experience at this skin center was quite disappointing due to poor management and very rude staff. I found their contact information on a Facebook post, which included several phone numbers, including two landlines. When I first called one of the numbers, I didn’t get an answer, so I tried the other landline, but that went unanswered as well. Eventually, I got a callback from the first number and managed to book an appointment. Shortly after, I received another call from a different number. Since I hadn’t saved the contacts, I didn’t realize it was from the same center. When I mentioned that I had already scheduled an appointment, the staff member questioned why I had called multiple numbers and remarked that it was “inconvenient” for them. Her tone was quite rude and unprofessional, which made me feel as though I had done something wrong. If calling different numbers is not acceptable, it seems odd to provide so many contact options. Because of this unpleasant interaction, I decided to cancel my appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for basic professionalism and respectful customer service.
