Terrible service and long waits

This place is really disappointing, with poor service focused solely on making money. I had a very bad experience here. They don't respond to inquiries, and the doctors are always late, making you wait for 3 to 4 hours. The cleanliness is also lacking. The staff fails to inform the doctors, waiting until they have more patients before they take action. It's a terrible service overall, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing experience with delays

I'm really let down and can't recommend this hospital. The doctor was supposed to arrive at 6:00 but didn't show up until 7:43. I had to wait for such a long time that other patients began canceling their appointments due to the doctor's tardiness. It would have been helpful if they had just informed us about the delay; a simple message would have made a difference. I can't recommend this place because of their lack of communication and carelessness.

Terrible Service at Suva Sewana Hospital

I had the worst customer service experience at Suva Sewana Hospital this morning. I went to see a doctor in room number 45 at 9:00 AM, with token number 4. The nurse next to the doctor completely ignored my number and allowed patients who arrived after me to go in first. I ended up waiting much longer than necessary and was called in late, without any explanation. Having traveled a long distance from Nuwara Eliya for this appointment, I felt that the staff showed no respect for patients' time. The nurse displayed a lack of basic communication skills and was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is how ordinary, vulnerable patients are treated here. If you don't have connections, your time and dignity seem to mean nothing. Suva Sewana Management, is this the standard you uphold? Train your staff to treat people with respect. We pay for healthcare, not for humiliation. I've been receiving medication from your facility for the past two years. Rating: 1/5 - Only for the doctor. Customer service = 0/5.

Poor security experience at hospital

The security guard was very unhelpful. He seemed clueless about his role. Today, I went to Suwasewana Building 3 with my 27-day-old baby. As I drove into the entrance, my car accidentally brushed against the flagpole, and the security guard harshly blamed me for it. This behavior is unacceptable for your hospital; please take some action.
