Exceptional Care at Araliya Skin Clinic

Araliya Skin Clinic has truly been a gift for my skin. Dr. Gothama Kaushalya is not only highly knowledgeable but also one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve encountered. He always takes the time to carefully evaluate my progress, ensuring I feel supported during my treatment. Good team but mixed results

This clinic is well-kept and has a friendly staff. I appreciated the hospitality and the doctor-patient rapport, with thorough explanations provided before treatment. After my first session, I noticed a clear glow in my skin. However, in the following sessions, I didn't observe any further improvements, and my skin seemed to revert back to its pre-treatment state. My visits weren't regular, which might have contributed, but I don’t think that's the only factor. The treatments are reasonably priced, though they might not fit everyone's budget. They do a great job of calling to remind me about follow-up appointments. One suggestion I have is to enhance the treatment options during subsequent visits if earlier treatments don’t yield good results, rather than sticking with the same method. Also, the consultation room and waiting area are quite close together, making it easy to overhear conversations between the doctor and other patients. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of privacy. I was there for pigmentation treatment, and even though the recovery wasn't as expected, I was offered a lip depigmentation therapy, which I declined. It felt a bit like they were prioritizing profits over patient care by suggesting a secondary issue before addressing the main concern. It would be better to focus on resolving the primary issue first before making such suggestions. Additionally, I received a consent form during my second visit, but it would be more ethical to provide that during the initial visit. Thank you.

Disappointing Laser Hair Removal Experience

I had a really poor experience with Araliya Skin Care in Kandy. A few months ago, I underwent full face laser hair removal, but I haven't seen any noticeable results. They advised me to attend multiple sessions, so I went through four in total. My hair isn't particularly thick or dark, so I expected at least some reduction, but there was none! Plus, they charged a significant amount. Don't be swayed by what you see on social media; this is just my honest and unsatisfactory experience.

Great Experience for Wart Removal

I brought my daughter in for laser wart removal as a last-minute walk-in, and they were able to see us right away, which I really appreciated.
