Disappointing Experience with Skincare Treatment

I feel completely scammed. The doctor tried to explain things but came off as overly forceful. What I needed was a conversation about skincare. I specifically asked for a laser treatment for pigmentation, but instead, he gave me a carbon laser, which does nothing for reducing pigmentation. When you use carbon, you are shooting it, which doesn't break the melanin barrier. I'm well aware of what I wanted, but he seemed to be trying to manipulate me. It was the worst experience.
