Great service during unexpected stay

Due to our flights being canceled over the Middle East, we found ourselves staying here. We made a late booking and checked in late as well. The option for room service was fantastic since we were feeling very hungry and exhausted after a stressful day. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was quite good too. We appreciated a lovely cup of tea, which is essential for us Brits. Tharusha provided very helpful service during breakfast. Thank you.

Great location, helpful staff

I spent one night here and found the location and rooms to be quite good. However, the guest seating area in the reception isn't very spacious. The breakfast menu could benefit from a wider selection of international dishes. Additionally, the rooftop pool is not very well maintained. On the positive side, the views from the rooms are excellent, and the staff is very helpful.

Great family breakfast experience

Last week, I took my family to this hotel for breakfast, and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, the food was tasty, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Channa for his skilled and prompt service. He assisted us with the buffet, suggested some dishes, and ensured we had everything we needed. Mixed Experience at Radisson Colombo

We recently enjoyed a day at Radisson Colombo, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Chamath, who managed our check-in with remarkable skill. His professionalism, warmth, and commitment to outstanding hospitality truly impressed us. He made sure we felt welcomed and well looked after during our visit. Radisson Colombo is lucky to have someone like him on their team, setting a high standard for customer service. On the other hand, we were let down by another staff member at the reception. She had curly hair and seemed to be involved with room services, although I couldn’t read her name tag. Her demeanor was quite rude and dismissive, which sharply contrasted with the excellent service we received from Mr. Chamath. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and provide further training on customer service and hospitality. Each guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, as these principles are essential in the hospitality sector.

Great breakfast with attentive service

Great stay at Radisson Hotel

This hotel offers breathtaking views of the expansive Indian Ocean from your room, the restaurant, and the pool throughout the day. The rooms are quite comfortable, especially if you book one with a sea view. The bed and pillows are cozy, although the TV has limited channels. The bathroom is clean and has hot water available.
