Disappointing Visit After Great Previous Experience
I had a letdown at Revival Physio Center today, especially considering my last visit was outstanding. My usual physiotherapist, Nethra, is fantastic—very attentive and knowledgeable. The last time I saw her for severe shoulder pain, she treated it so well that my pain vanished within a day. I truly value her care and professionalism. However, today Nethra wasn’t available, and I was assigned to a different therapist. I clearly communicated that I was experiencing pain in my rhomboids and shoulder, but my concerns didn’t seem to be fully acknowledged. The therapist continued with her own methods and didn’t address my shoulder pain, despite me mentioning it twice. By the end of the session, my condition had actually gotten worse. In just 30 minutes, I struggled to lift my arm, which was quite alarming. I also brought this up to the reception staff, but there didn’t appear to be much concern or follow-up from them. This was a very disappointing experience, particularly when compared to the excellent care I received before. I hope the center takes this feedback into account and improves their attention to patient concerns going forward.
