This hotel is fantastic! As soon as you enter, it exudes a sense of grandeur and luxury. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Its location is superb, situated right across from Galle Face and Port City.

This hotel is stunning. The service is exceptional. The rooms are quite nice, although they are beginning to show their age after around 10 years of popularity, resulting in noticeable traffic. However, the food served in the restaurants is outstanding.
