Exceptional service and hospitality

Outstanding service, delicious food, and warm hospitality. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was seamless. I want to highlight a few staff members who made our stay special: Ms. Dilmini Kulathunga made our room reservation process easy, and Natasha at the reception ensured we got our room promptly. The managers at Plates were incredibly helpful, offering special services since my wife is pregnant, and Mei Ling Shu was very welcoming. Also, Sanjeewa assisted us by bringing all our luggage from the room to the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. This is the ideal hotel for a delightful stay with loved ones. Every aspect of the service was exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and keep up the great work!
