The service was excellent, and the location by the water was fantastic. We enjoyed nice music during the sunset, complemented by a Scottish piper that added to the atmosphere. The drinks were well-crafted and nicely presented. The food took a bit longer to arrive, but we weren't in a rush, so it was fine.

I had a very frustrating experience. I booked my stay via booking.com two days in advance. I tried to confirm my reservation by calling, both at the time of booking and the next day, but received no response. I even sent a message but got no reply. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, I couldn't find the hotel. After calling again, I finally got through, only to be told the hotel was closed. I asked why they didn't reach out to me, and they claimed they did, but I never received any communication. I traveled seven hours to get there, and it was disappointing to be met with such a lack of professionalism. They just said the hotel was closed.
