Great stay with excellent service

Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasure. The service was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. The food offered a variety of delicious options for everyone. Great Service at Galle Face Hotel

We had a delightful dinner at the buffet in Galle Face Hotel. Assistant Manager Nalin Weragoda was incredibly kind and humble, truly showcasing authentic hospitality. Although he wasn't our server, he greeted us warmly and ensured we were comfortable, which we greatly appreciated. Captain Nalin Rajapakshe was also very attentive and kind throughout our meal. He even treated us to complimentary cappuccino, a thoughtful and generous touch. His friendly demeanor and outstanding service enhanced our dining experience.
