    Wonderful Wedding at River Face Hotel

    Our wedding at the opulent River Face Hotel was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the venue was stunning, and the food was tasty. I highly recommend it!

    Great catering for company event

    Last May, we utilized the catering service from 'Opulent' for our Aurudu company event. Although I’m a bit late with this review, it’s certainly earned! They set up a lunch buffet and provided morning and evening tea, and everything was well done.

    Great food in a pleasant setting

    The food is excellent, and the atmosphere inside is enjoyable. However, there is an unpleasant smell near the lake or river. Overall, it's a nice place! ❤️

    Excellent wedding venue experience

    We celebrated our wedding on October 18, 2025. The meals, service, and management were outstanding. This is the perfect place for a wedding. I highly recommend it.

    Great service and good food

    When I visited the hotel, the manager and staff were very welcoming, which led me to host my event at Opulent River Face Hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable for everyone. A special shoutout to Theja for his outstanding support. Wishing you all the best.

    Charming but outdated hotel experience

    The hotel has a vintage vibe that seems to miss the mark with contemporary trends. The food was delicious, and the service was satisfactory. However, the washroom facilities and the bar area in the reception room left much to be desired. I did notice some modern lighting added to the reception hall, which was a nice touch.

    Exceptional Service in Tough Times

    I stayed here during a challenging period, and the hotel staff really helped make things more manageable. Their service was outstanding—always friendly, supportive, and attentive to our needs. The room was both clean and comfortable, contributing to a calming and smooth overall experience. I'm truly grateful for the excellent service and care provided. I would definitely recommend this place.

    Good venue for kids' convocation

    We selected this venue for our Goodchild Montessori kids' convocation. The space is nice and roomy. The food was tasty, but a few people at the end didn't receive enough curries (specifically the fried mushrooms). They just mentioned that it was all gone. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant.

    I attended a wedding ceremony last week at this hotel, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The food served was expired and the hygiene standards were severely lacking. Over 40 guests required medical treatment after the lunch, with more than 10...
