Convenient location but breakfast disappointment

I stayed there for a few days in March 2025. The hotel's location is quite good, with several convenience stores and a bus station nearby, plus it's just a few hundred meters from the beach. The room was spacious enough for two, and the beds were comfortable and well-kept. The service was decent, although I didn't use room service during my visit. My main complaint was about the complimentary breakfast. Given that it was included in the room price, I expected a buffet-style selection, but instead, they offered a limited selection of their choice, which felt like a poor value for the extra cost. Next time, I might skip breakfast altogether.

Poor maintenance and high prices

We were hoping to enjoy the pool, but the prices are quite steep. The maintenance is lacking, and the changing rooms were really dirty. They charged us 2,000 rupees per hour, while other hotels offer the same rate for unlimited access. I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor upkeep.

Disappointment with Beef Platter

I saw an ad for a beef platter and brought my family specifically to try it, but they didn’t have it available. The ad mentioned it was a portion for two people, which added to our excitement, but it was disappointing not to find it on the menu.

Excellent service in a prime location

The hospitality here is outstanding. Room service from Mr. Chanak was attentive and delivered everything I needed with a smile. The service was truly great. However, it is a bit pricey due to its prime location, but overall, I had a good experience.

Unhygienic conditions ruin stay

I checked in today but couldn't stand to stay even for a moment due to the lack of cleanliness. Initially, we requested different rooms, but they told us everything was fully booked. As we were about to leave, they asked us to wait and promised us better rooms.

Disappointing Stay at the Hotel

I reserved this hotel for a four-day visit but ended up canceling my booking and switching to another hotel within 12 hours. The rooms were subpar, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and unlike before, there’s no breakfast buffet—just a fixed menu instead.
