I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so unsatisfactory that I feel compelled to caution others. From the outset, my stay was marred by issues. The check-in was sluggish and chaotic, with staff appearing disinterested in assisting guests. Upon entering my room, it was far from what the photos suggested. The carpet had stains, the sheets looked questionable, and there was a persistent musty odor. The bathroom was even more troubling — there was mold in the shower and a faucet that dripped throughout the night. I attempted to reach out to the front desk multiple times, but it seemed no one was concerned. The so-called “manager” assured me that housekeeping would be sent, yet no one ever arrived. To top it off, the walls were incredibly thin, making it hard to sleep due to noise from other guests and the hallway. Given the amount I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and service, but this hotel fell short on both fronts. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place. One of the night lamps was already broken, and they didn’t provide any recovery for that. Overall, a very disappointing experience, terrible room, and poor service.

Our experience was disappointing. There was a complete absence of hospitality, and it felt like they prioritized their property over the guests. The place isn’t suitable or safe for children. We visited recently with our two-year-old, and they had this flimsy, delicate light pole that raised safety concerns.

This hotel offers really good food. As Indians, we appreciated having an Indian chef, Madhan, who paid great attention to detail. He took the time to find out where we were from and tailored the meals to our preferences. We had a wonderful experience overall.

This restaurant was formerly called Colombo Courtyard. The location is quite convenient, but parking can be tricky depending on when you go since there's limited parking available.

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic one-night stay at Colombo Court Hotel. The hospitality was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. A special shoutout to Chef Ashok and his team. I particularly appreciated the vegetarian dishes, especially the Veg Hyderabadi Biryani and Penne.
