This hotel is terrible—please don’t stay here. The rooms are in awful condition, there’s no service, and cleanliness is nonexistent. The bathrooms are damaged, there are no bedspreads or pillows, and I encountered numerous cockroaches, among other issues.

We booked this place last minute since we were running late for our bus and hadn't looked at the reviews beforehand. Our experience was terrible: the rooms were extremely dirty, and the customer service was appalling. We had to ask for towels, and they only gave us one for the two of us. When we requested another, we were told there were no towels available at that time, and we didn’t receive any until the next day when we checked out. Additionally, our room was incredibly noisy due to its location right in front of a church, making us feel like we were in a military barrack. The bathrooms were also filthy and had a bad odor. After checking the reviews, I noticed the hotel has been apologizing for months without making any improvements. If you want to have a horrible stay, this is the place for you; otherwise, steer clear at all costs. It's the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

We had high hopes for our booking through Booking.com, but our stay turned out to be quite disappointing. In the morning, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and several pieces of furniture were broken. The bed and mattress were in terrible shape and didn’t fit properly, making it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled bad, and when we asked for a change, there were no extra sheets available. Basic necessities like towels, toilet paper, and soap were only provided after we inquired. The staff's attitude was not professional. Given that this hotel is located in the city center, the level of cleanliness and maintenance was alarmingly poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is quite messy. The staff is unfriendly. The bathrooms are very cramped, and they’ve put in oversized sinks. The ventilation in the restroom opens into the main area, making it unpleasant and smelly. I wouldn’t recommend this spot. They advertise daily room cleaning, but during our four-day stay, our room wasn’t cleaned even once.
