    Outstanding Service at Asiri Hospital

    I had a really great experience at Asiri Hospital Matara during my recent doctor's visit. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my time there. I want to especially thank Mr. Buddhika for his exceptional service. He was kind and courteous, taking the time to guide me to the doctor's room, which made everything go smoothly and without stress.     Exceptional Care at Matara Asiri Hospital

    We had a fantastic experience at Matara Asiri Hospital when our baby was born in December 2025. I started with normal labor, but an emergency C-section was needed. Throughout this process, Dr. Chandana Peiris and the other doctors provided outstanding care, professionalism, and reassurance. The nurses, attendants, and hospital staff were incredibly supportive, caring, and attentive. Over our three-day stay, the doctors and nursing staff frequently checked on both my health and my baby's wellbeing, ensuring we were comfortable and receiving top-notch care at all times. The hospital upheld excellent hygiene standards with clean and cozy rooms. The food was quite good, and whenever we needed help, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. A special thanks to Dr. Beneeta Hettiarachchi for the exceptional care and attention given to our baby's health. We are immensely thankful to the entire team at Matara Asiri Hospital for their dedication, kindness, and support during such a significant time in our lives. We highly recommend Matara Asiri Hospital for anyone looking for quality maternity and neonatal care.

    Inadequate Collection Center Operations

    The billing and collection operations for lab tests are lacking. There's only a single collection center on the ground floor, which is insufficient and struggles to accommodate even a small patient volume. Management should consider adding one or two more collection centers, especially for a hospital of this size. On a positive note, the OPD and admission services were decent, and the staff were quite helpful.

    Excellent and Efficient Hospital Experience

    We went to the hospital for a shoulder injury, and right from our arrival, the experience was outstanding. We were greeted promptly and saw a doctor almost right away, with no significant wait. The initial medical evaluation was comprehensive and conducted with professionalism. After that, we had an X-ray, followed by stitches, and the whole process was managed efficiently and with great care. The medical staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel at ease during our visit. Another highlight was the cost, which was unexpectedly low given the quality and speed of care we received. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we finished the entire process in under two hours. We truly valued the fast, professional, and affordable service provided.

    After spending six days in the hospital with dengue fever, I can confidently say I was in the best hands possible despite the pain and challenges I faced. From the very start, the care I received was outstanding, thanks to the high level of professionalism exhibited by the medical team and the genuine kindness from everyone involved in my recovery. I want to highlight Dr. Galliage, an extraordinary physician who consistently greeted me with a smile and showed immense patience. His warmth provided comfort during the toughest moments. He visited multiple times a day, carefully monitoring my condition, and made me feel secure and supported throughout my stay. He truly stands out as one of the best doctors I've encountered. I also want to express my gratitude to the entire medical team who kept a close watch on my condition. There was always someone available to address my concerns and ensure my recovery was on track. The nurses were simply amazing, especially Anoja, although many others showed the same level of dedication and kindness. They were attentive to my needs, administered my medications, and monitored my vital signs with compassion and empathy, which made an enormous difference during such a challenging time. A special thanks to Harith, who took care of insurance matters. His kindness, support, and dedication made a significant impact. He was always there to answer my questions and assist with any issues, even beyond his working hours. I also appreciate the kitchen staff for preparing meals tailored to my recovery needs, always with careful attention. The housekeeping team kept my room immaculate, visiting frequently with smiles and checking if I needed anything. This hospital truly reflects a culture of excellence, professionalism, and compassion. When dealing with an illness like dengue, you need more than just medical treatment—you need to feel cared for and understood. That’s precisely what I experienced here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who contributed to my recovery. The kindness, dedication, and professionalism I received will always be remembered.
