Completely unacceptable. The rooms lack cleanliness, with stains on the bed that make for a very uncomfortable stay. You could find a far better hotel in the vicinity for a lower price.

Consistently Excellent Stay with Minor Staff Issues

The rooms and overall atmosphere remain outstanding as usual. However, some of the newer staff could benefit from additional training, especially since many of the longtime employees are no longer there. Amila at the reception and Ebert were, as always, very polite. Overall, the service was excellent.

Pleasant Stay in Sri Lanka

Great venue for conferences

I attended a workshop at Global Towers, and the service was excellent. The environment and facilities met my expectations. || The morning and evening snacks were tasty, and we enjoyed a good buffet for lunch. || The staff was approachable and responded quickly. I recommend Global Towers for conference-type events.

Pleasant hotel stay with great service

I had a really enjoyable experience at the hotel. The room was cozy, the staff were friendly and inviting, and the location was great. I accidentally reserved the wrong dates for my stay, but Mr. Amila was incredibly helpful and took the initiative to resolve it quickly.
