The only highlights here were the location and the pool. Unfortunately, the customer service at reception was lacking, the rooms were not clean, and overall, it felt like poor value for money. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have other choices available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the floor I was on and my room had a strong smell of cigarettes. It was so overpowering that I struggled to breathe properly. This might have been an isolated incident, but it certainly wasn't enjoyable. Other than that, my stay was comfortable. It served its purpose for a quick night's rest!

The rooftop pool is lovely, and there's a fantastic restaurant tucked away in the basement. Unfortunately, the area around it doesn't provide much to enjoy. The service is excellent, as is typical in Sri Lanka. The rooms are decent, though nothing out of the ordinary.

The hotel is ideally situated. The room is clean, though showing its age, and is a decent size. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and suitably sized. The staff is welcoming. It's not luxurious, but it provides solid value for the cost.

I spent five days at this hotel for a conference in November. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was cozy, and the room was large and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant seemed popular with locals. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Overall, it offers excellent value, and the service was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

This hotel is quite simple, yet it has a charming appeal. The service was decent and the rooms were well-maintained. However, the room had some noise issues, as we could hear quite a bit from the floor above us. Additionally, we weren't fond of seeing birds in the pool area. Despite these concerns, everything else was satisfactory.

The front desk staff were really friendly, and the bell staff were great too. I found the bed to be quite comfortable, and the room was spacious. The bathroom also had a nice size, and I really liked the design. The shower was enormous. However, breakfast was just okay, with made-to-order omelets available.
