I had a really disappointing experience. The rooms were uncomfortable, and I was asked to switch rooms multiple times. It wasn't at all as advertised, and there weren't enough facilities. The most upsetting part was when an employee named Sanka called me and acted cowardly. How can they treat their customers like that? I cannot recommend this place; there was little privacy, and I felt really uncomfortable.

I spent three nights here with my family, including a 1-year-old, and it was a complete nightmare. The noise from rowdy guests was constant, and there was cigarette smoke everywhere, including staff smoking indoors. The rooms were filthy and dusty, with no garbage disposal bags available. To top it off, there was no WiFi, even though it was advertised. I felt completely unsafe during our stay. The prices were outrageous for such terrible conditions. Booking.com misrepresents features that aren’t actually available. Steer clear of this place!

The villa is situated near many interesting attractions in Colombo, including Havelock City Mall, One Gallface Mall, the National Museum, Independence Square, and the Lotus Tower, all accessible within a 10-minute drive. It's a small villa with rooms located on the first floor, which are not very spacious. While the beds are comfortable, the bed sheets could use better maintenance as we noticed some holes and tears. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and satellite television is provided. The bathroom is small and also in need of upkeep, with some water leaks present. A significant drawback is the lack of nearby food options; you must travel at least 2 kilometers to find a meal. The basic package only includes the room, with no toiletries like soap provided, and you have to ask for towels. Service was friendly, and there is a dining table on the ground floor along with drinking water available. However, parking is limited, accommodating only one small car near the villa. Overall, the experience felt neutral—neither particularly good nor bad.
