Excellent hotel experience!

What a lovely hotel! The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, they treated us to chilled towels and refreshing drinks. They even prepared the jacuzzi for us 🛁 — that was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything looking brand new, making it very neat and comfortable — it seems like the hotel has been recently renovated. After traveling throughout Sri Lanka, we were thrilled to finally find shampoo and shower gel with a coconut scent, instead of just a bar of soap 😁. The view from the hotel windows and balcony was amazing 🌊, and the location is great — close to supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants, and not too far from the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ☀️ Thank you!

Stunning ocean view and great service

Great Service and Relaxing View

The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even with our last-minute changes, they remained welcoming and supportive. The ocean view was quite pleasant and added to the relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and found the room to be clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

Tranquil Retreat by the Sea

This is a wonderfully serene location with stunning views of the sea. It's always breezy here, ensuring you won't feel too hot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and good location

This place has a great location and the staff are welcoming, particularly Thieleban, who was incredibly helpful. My only suggestion would be to request a room that doesn't overlook the ocean, as there's a nearby railway station that can be noisy.

Charming hotel with great service

We spent 1.5 nights here before heading out of the country, and our overall experience was quite pleasant. The hotel features a charming, rustic vibe, and while the rooms were clean, we noticed a few marks on the walls that made it feel a bit worn. The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly, and very attentive during our stay. Be prepared for quite a few stairs, as you’ll need to carry your luggage up at least two flights (more if your room is higher). We managed the first section on our own, but the staff kindly assisted with the rest, which we really appreciated. On our second night, we checked out around midnight for our early flight, and the owner generously offered us a discount since we weren’t staying overnight. That thoughtful gesture made a lasting impression. There’s a small food court just to the right of the hotel and a restaurant next to it, providing easy access to essentials for a brief stay. Overall, this place is convenient and welcoming for a quick stopover in Colombo.
