    Disappointing Customer Service Experience

    I was extremely let down by the individual who took my call on December 31, 2025, at 11:06 PM. It's hard to believe that someone at the front desk could be so rude to a customer. I was trying to plan a surprise massage for my wife on New Year's Day with a female therapist, and I shared my preferences. However, the staff member responded in a shockingly unprofessional manner, and even had the audacity to provide her name for me to file a complaint. I can't help but wonder if she was sent by competitors to tarnish Colombo SPA's reputation. This was my first contact with the establishment, and the way I was treated has left a terrible first impression. I don’t want to jeopardize her career, but I feel compelled to mention her name: Danu. She handled our conversation very awkwardly. I believe the management should consider letting go of staff like her and hire someone who truly deserves the position. I'm left feeling very disappointed. Please don't be misled by the pictures.

    Exceptional massage experience

    I had a fantastic time here and highly recommend it. The massage was truly excellent—very soothing, professional, and just what I needed. Ashoka was incredible; she was attentive, skilled, and ensured my comfort throughout the session. It's clear she really knows her craft. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and significantly better than when I arrived. I will definitely return!

    The massage therapists, such as Ashoka, are very skilled and provide a relaxing experience, and the setting is clean. On the downside, the front desk service can be inconsistent, and there have been some hidden charges. Additionally, the demeanor of certain staff members could use some work. It's advisable to book an appointment in advance and verify prices. Overall, the experience is satisfactory, but there's room for management to improve.

    Relaxing experience with skilled massage

    My overall experience was quite positive. The massage techniques were very professional, and the atmosphere was both clean and comfortable. The receptionist was welcoming when I scheduled my appointment, and the masseuse demonstrated great skill by pinpointing sore areas with just the right pressure. I left feeling relaxed, and the pricing was fair. On the downside, the wait can get lengthy during busy hours, so I suggest booking ahead. All in all, I would recommend this place and plan to return.
