12-Star Spa is the finest spa in the Colombo region! The setting is tranquil, ideal for unwinding. The therapists are highly skilled, especially Komang, who truly understands sore areas. "The therapists are cheerful, always smiling, and their strength is impressive."

This is the best spa I've ever encountered, with excellent service. The place is immaculate, the rooms are clean, and there's no unpleasant odor. Additionally, the staff is kind and humble; I especially appreciated Komang's service. I’m giving this a 5-star rating!

This is one of the top spots I've been to in Colombo. I visit nearly every month, and they always deliver outstanding customer service. Ayu, the therapist, consistently performs at a high level and is very professional each time. I strongly recommend this place, particularly Ayu for her remarkable service.

Whenever I'm in Colombo, I always visit this place. The co-owners, Rakhita and Daisy, along with Yani, who provided me with an amazing massage, create a welcoming atmosphere. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly.

What an incredible experience! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage if that's your thing. The place has plenty of parking and offers a cool, calm atmosphere. They have both local and international therapists; mine was from abroad and it was fantastic! The facility is clean and hygienic, equipped with all the essentials. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning soon!

Today my wife went for a massage and found the booking process to be easy and the staff very accommodating. The massage itself was fantastic, with Ava providing excellent service. However, the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom floor was cracked and leaking from the cubicle, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. Additionally, there were flies around the tea served after the massage. I hope they address these issues, as I had previously recommended this place based on a much better experience during my last visit. It was truly a lovely atmosphere back then. My first experience was refreshing and revitalizing, with Diya offering great service. Overall, this is definitely one of the top spots for massages in Colombo.

Amila and Arshad truly stand out at 12 Stars. My husband and I frequently visit and always opt for the 90-minute foot reflexology. You can count on having a unique experience here in Sri Lanka. Their expertise and massage techniques are spot on. It feels like Amila understands my body even before she starts. I can't recommend them enough! Make sure to book your foot reflexology or full body massage with Amila or Arshad. Since sharing this review, we’ve continued to be regulars at 12 Stars. Today, we enjoyed another fantastic session with a 90-minute deep tissue massage. I strongly recommend their foreign massage therapists, especially for deep tissue; Yani and Komang are both excellent. You can be sure that you'll love your treatment.

This place deserves less than one star. My friend and I went for a massage, and the masseuse accidentally took her chain off. When we got to Ella, she noticed it was left at the massage center. Unfortunately, our trip didn't give us the chance to go back.

I had a couple's massage with Amila and Ayu, and they were amazing! The entire experience was delightful. They were very interactive and friendly, making the 90 minutes we spent there truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
