    Exceptional spa experience at The Chi Spa

    I had a fantastic time at The Chi Spa located within the Shangri-La Hotel. As soon as I entered, the ambiance was serene, luxurious, and incredibly soothing. I scheduled both a massage and a facial, and both services surpassed my expectations. My massage therapist, Karma, was exceptional—very professional, attentive, and skilled. She made sure to understand my needs and used just the right amount of pressure. The massage was profoundly relaxing and alleviated a lot of accumulated tension. The facial was just as commendable—thorough and calming, leaving my skin feeling revitalized and radiant. The overall service, cleanliness, and meticulous attention to detail truly showcased a world-class spa experience. If you're either staying at the Shangri-La or simply in search of a premier spa experience, I wholeheartedly recommend The Chi Spa, especially Karma. I would definitely return.

    Relaxing spot with excellent service

    The atmosphere is both beautiful and soothing. From check-in to check-out, the staff offered warm and friendly service. The therapists are fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch.

    Outstanding deep tissue massage experience

    I enjoyed a fantastic 90-minute deep tissue massage, and my therapist, Himali, was among the best I've ever encountered. The facility is very nice and completely professional.

    Disappointing spa experience at a luxury hotel

    The service left a lot to be desired. This spa, located within the Shangri-La Hotel, had staff from the security checkpoint to the employees who seemed unaware of its existence. Getting in required navigating a long detour. I had inquired about luggage storage before making my reservation, but upon my arrival, I was informed that it wasn't an option. It was hard to believe this was part of a five-star hotel.

    Exceptional massage at CHI Spa

    I had a fantastic body massage, and Lestar was simply wonderful. Following my surgery, I had been quite stiff, and this massage really helped me unwind and alleviate that tension. The whole experience was incredibly soothing and just what my body required. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely refreshed. Thank you for such an amazing experience at CHI, The Spa Shangri-La Colombo — I highly recommend it!

    Incredible massage experience with Karma

    This was the best massage I've ever received, and I've experienced quite a few! My therapist, Karma, was fantastic—she identified and worked on numerous tender areas and knots. After the session, she even demonstrated some stretching exercises. I highly recommend this spa and especially my therapist, Karma.

    Exceptional spa experience at CHI Spa

    I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Karma at the CHI Spa in Shangri-La, and it was fantastic. Her technique was incredible; she effectively targeted my persistent neck and shoulder pain with just the right pressure, and she was attentive, checking in on how I was feeling throughout. The spa itself was luxurious and serene, with aromatherapy, music, and lighting contributing to a wonderfully relaxing vibe. The changing area had plenty of refreshments and hot towels available. Sanjana at the front desk was very professional, discussing my needs beforehand and tailoring a treatment plan, while also providing useful reminders. After the massage, my muscles felt significantly relaxed, and I emerged feeling light and refreshed, with the benefits lasting for several days and even improving my sleep quality. The only downside was that Google Maps had the wrong location; the actual entrance is in the hotel passageway next to the Lakerade store on the second floor of the mall, which might confuse first-time visitors. While the price is on the higher side, the experience is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this spa to travelers looking for quality treatments. Just make sure to book your preferred therapist ahead of time; this is a top-tier spa experience that I would gladly return to.

    Great massage but tricky location

    This was my second visit to the Shangri-La CHI Spa, where I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Karma. She accurately diagnosed my neck and shoulder stiffness, and her technique was both professional and powerful. Throughout the session, our communication was seamless, and I felt a noticeable relief from my muscle tension afterward. The spa's atmosphere was elegant, with soothing aromatherapy and music. Zetty at the front desk was attentive and made sure my needs were confirmed ahead of time. The only drawback was the location; Google Maps directed me to the shopping mall rather than the hotel entrance, which was a bit confusing. Also, while the price wasn't cheap, given the therapists' skills and attention to detail, it was still worth it. I suggest arriving half an hour early to enjoy the facilities fully. The sauna was well-kept, and using it before and after the massage added to the relaxation. Overall, this was a high-quality therapeutic experience, perfect for treating myself on special occasions, and I would definitely request Karma again next time.

    Consistently Excellent Massages at Chi Spa

    This is my third visit to Chi Spa in Colombo, and I truly adore it. The ambiance and the service are both fantastic. I always schedule my appointment with a therapist named Karma, who provides an amazing massage using a personalized approach. I highly recommend it to everyone.
