Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I was extremely let down by the individual who took my call on December 31, 2025, at 11:06 PM. It's hard to believe that someone at the front desk could be so rude to a customer. I was trying to plan a surprise massage for my wife on New Year's Day with a female therapist, and I shared my preferences. However, the staff member responded in a shockingly unprofessional manner, and even had the audacity to provide her name for me to file a complaint. I can't help but wonder if she was sent by competitors to tarnish Colombo SPA's reputation. This was my first contact with the establishment, and the way I was treated has left a terrible first impression. I don’t want to jeopardize her career, but I feel compelled to mention her name: Danu. She handled our conversation very awkwardly. I believe the management should consider letting go of staff like her and hire someone who truly deserves the position. I'm left feeling very disappointed. Please don't be misled by the pictures.
