I had a terrible experience! I ordered a flower bouquet through Uber, and the photos on their website were completely misleading. What I received was much smaller, consisting of only three flowers, which is not worth the price. I placed the order from Australia for my cousin in Sri Lanka, and I will never order from here again. So disappointed!

I was really let down by my visit here. I've bought flowers from this shop previously, and the staff has always been helpful and fair. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. I stopped by last month looking for a bouquet and made it clear that my budget was between LKR 5,000 and LKR 6,000. I even asked the salesperson to include a few extra flowers and branches, stating that my absolute maximum was LKR 7,000. After the bouquet was made and wrapped, the salesperson consulted the owner for the price. He detailed the flowers used and their quantities, but instead of giving a breakdown, the owner requested a photo via WhatsApp and then simply decided the bouquet would cost LKR 10,000. There was no explanation for the sudden price jump, and it felt like the cost was based solely on the bouquet's appearance rather than the actual materials used. I was pressed for time since it was my mom's birthday, so I didn’t want to argue or leave after everything was ready. However, I truly felt I was overcharged. To top it off, the purple wrapping started to come undone within a few hours. For LKR 10,000, I honestly believe I could have found a much better bouquet with superior presentation from Shirohana or Lassana Flora. If you're planning to buy from this shop, be sure to agree on a final price before they start making your bouquet. Otherwise, you might end up paying much more than you anticipated.
