The staff were very friendly, and it's a lovely place that I would recommend. It's conveniently located near the ticket counter. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is peaceful. However, the bathroom could use a bit more cleaning. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience for a one-night stay.

I spent one night at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the Gal Viharaya rock temple of the Buddha. The staff was friendly, and the local cuisine was outstanding. While it's a small hotel with only a few rooms, it provides all the essential amenities like air conditioning and hot water. They also offer family rooms.

I've been to Heritage several times before, and it used to be good, but now it's really lacking. They don't even change the bed sheets and pillowcases anymore. The rooms are poorly maintained, and I've found several cockroaches and frogs in the bathroom.

This hotel is ideally situated near Polonnaruwa Gal Viharaya, making it easy to visit all the ruins. We had booked three double rooms, but only two were prepared for us. Nevertheless, the staff was very accommodating and worked to resolve the issue for us.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The linens weren't changed, and the rooms were not cleaned at all. There was a persistent musty odor and an unpleasant smell throughout our entire stay. It felt like a real dump. The toilet fittings were broken and we had no water. The place was dirty and there were mosquitoes everywhere in the room. Plus, the lights, fan, and AC were all non-functional.

The Heritage is located in a beautiful area, offering tranquility and easy access to Gal Viharaya and the sacred city of Pollonnaruwa. The room was quite decent—spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable as well.
