The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the architecture ensures that every room has a great view. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, as are the bathrooms. However, the hotel should pay a bit more attention to guest safety.

The room was tidy and cozy, featuring a pleasant little outdoor space. It was surprisingly peaceful, giving the impression of being more remote from the city than it actually is. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly.

This place offers fantastic value for what you pay! The cozy rooms are charming. The food is really tasty. The owner is fluent in English and goes above and beyond to assist. He provided us with directions and helpful suggestions for visiting nearby ruins, plus he arranged a car for us to reach our next hotel.

The host is a wonderful guy who provided us with excellent recommendations. The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Our rooms were both clean and peaceful, though we did have to get accustomed to the sounds of frogs from the rice fields. We appreciated the absence of nearby houses, as it’s just a short, safe walk to the main street through the rice fields. Each day, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast made by the host's wife, featuring sweet pastries, incredible smoothies, and a fantastic Sri Lankan omelette. On our first night, we had an excellent rice and curry dish. However, the next two dinners we had here were quite disappointing. They turned out to be the worst kottu and fried rice we encountered in Sri Lanka, lacking sufficient vegetables.

We spent four nights and had a great time. Our room was impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise after three weeks of traveling in Sri Lanka. The air conditioning functioned properly, and we enjoyed a hot shower with good water pressure.

It’s suitable for a night’s stay. The staff are friendly, but it’s fair to say they lack professionalism. The rooms have a musty odor, are somewhat unclean, and the bathroom had mouse droppings. The Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional; despite receiving the password, we couldn’t even detect the network. The breakfast is actually good — although it’s limited and there's no variety, it’s reasonable for the price. Note that card payments aren’t accepted; they require cash only.
